Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by iFixPro Mobile iPhone Repair. By requesting or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
iFixPro Mobile iPhone Repair provides on-site mobile repair services for Apple iPhone devices, including screen replacement, battery replacement, and other minor repairs.
We do not perform advanced motherboard (logic board) repairs.
2. Mobile Service
We travel to the customer’s location (home, office, or other agreed location) within our service area.
Mobile service is included in the repair price within a 20-mile radius of Salt Lake City.
Locations outside of this area may be subject to an additional travel fee, depending on distance.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are confirmed before the repair begins.
Payment is due immediately after the repair is completed.
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and card payments (additional processing fee may apply).
Diagnostic fees may apply in cases where the device cannot be repaired.
4. Warranty
We provide a limited 30-day warranty on replaced parts and labor.
This warranty covers defects related to the installed part only.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Physical damage (drops, cracks, pressure damage)
- Water or liquid damage
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Issues unrelated to the replaced component
5. Pre-existing Conditions
iFixPro is not responsible for any pre-existing issues with the device, including but not limited to:
- Internal damage
- Logic board failures
- Battery degradation
- Hidden defects that appear after repair
6. Repair Risks
By agreeing to the repair, the customer acknowledges that electronic repairs involve inherent risks.
In some cases, additional issues may arise due to prior damage or device condition.
7. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all data prior to repair.
iFixPro is not responsible for any data loss.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the repair service.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Appointment & Cancellations
Appointments are recommended.
We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service at our discretion.
